Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar derivados de la meta-trifluorometilfenilpiperazina que responden a la fórmula:***(Ver fórmula)En la que R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o de fluory R2 representa un radical alcohilo que tiene de 2 a 6 átomos de carbonoun radical cicloalcohilo o cicloalcohilalcohilo que tiene de 5 a 8 átomos de carbonollevando cada uno de esos radicales uno o dos grupos hidroxilo o un grupo oxo yen su casotambién una agrupación m-trifluorometilfenil-4-piperazino o (trifluorometil-3-fluoro-4-fenil)-4-piperazinocon la condición de que R2 no representa un radical monohidroxialcohilo cuando R1 es un átomo de hidrógeno; así como sus sales de adición con ácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
