Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en dispositivos de transferencia de carga caracterizados porque cada dispositivo comprende una capa de material semiconductor en la cual los primeros paquetes de carga se pueden mover a lo largo de un primer trayecto desde una parte de entrada en respuesta a una sucesión de campos eléctricos localizadosy medios conductores eléctricos que comprenden un primer conjunto de electrodos acoplados a la capa para generar los campos de manera que se muevan los primeros paquetes de carga a lo largo del primer trayectodonde la parte de entrada comprende medios para generar paquetes de carga independientes de la señal y medios que responden a la primera y la segundas señales para dividir cada una de los paquetes de carga independientes de la señal en un primer y un segundo paquetes de carga estando linealmente relacionados cada uno de los primeros paquetes con la diferencia entre la primera y la segunda señalessituándose el primer paquete de carga para moverse a lo largo del primer trayecto.
