Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an insulating layer from damage and to improve the reliability of a magnetic bubble device by forming the high potential sides of permalloy detectors and a stretch conductor so as not to cross with each other. CONSTITUTION:A stretch conductor 14 is formed like a hairpin and permalloy detectors 15, 15' are set on the center of the stretch conductor. Terminals 18, 18' in the low potential sides of the permalloy conductors 15, 15' are arranged in the outside of terminals 16, 17 of the stretch conductor and terminals 19, 19' in the high potential side are arranged in the intermediate position of the terminals 16, 17 of the stretch conductor 14. Outgoing lines 20, 20' from the permalloy detectors 15, 15' to the terminals 18, 18; in the low potential side cross the stretch conductor 14 at C points but outgoing lines 21, 21' to the terminals 19, 19' in the high potential side does not cross the stretch conductor 14.
