Abstract
Un procedimiento para esponjar escorias metalúrgicas. que son fluidas en estado fundido, caracterizado porque la escoria, según naturaleza física, en especial según su temperatura y viscosidad, es sometida a un tratamiento de esponjamiento previo de duración distinta, por el hecho de que la escoria es entregada en un punto cualquiera seleccionable de una canaleta de esponjamiento previo que conduce una película de agua, sometiéndose a un tratamiento previo más prolongado aquellas escorias que son de difícil esponjamiento.
