Abstract
Sistema para determinar la frecuencia media verdadera de impulsos o acontecimientos aplicados a su entrada, que incluye un primer dispositivo adaptado para recibir los impulsos de entrada y desarrollar una señal de salida indicativa de su ocurrencia; un segundo dispositivo para efectuar el promediado en función del tiempo de la señal de salida en una secuencia de niveles de promediado, en la cual cada nivel de promediado corresponde a un número predeterminado progresivamente más elevado de impulsos de entrada, generando dicho segundo dispositivo una señal de salida completa que indica que cada nivel de promediado alcanza un nivel predeterminado de impulsos de entrada recibidos, un tercer dispositivo conectado activamente con dicho segundo dispositivo para desarrollar una señal de estimación óptima de la frecuencia media verdadera de dichos impulsos de entrada, correspondiendo dicha señal de estimación óptima a la señal de salida promediada del nivel de promediado del número predeterminado más elevado de los impulsos de entrada recibidos que genera una señal de salida completa.
