Abstract
Un procedimiento mejorado para preparar un depósito electrolítico que contiene: al menos un metal seleccionado del grupo que consta de níquel y cobalto o aleaciones binarias o ternarias de los metales seleccionados de níquel, hierro y cobalto, que comprende hacer pasar corriente de un ánodo a un cátodo a través de una disolución acuosa ácida de deposición electrolítica, que contiene al menso un miembro seleccionado de compuestos de níquel, compuestos de cobalto y compuestos de hierro que proporcionan iones de níquel, cobalto y hierro para depositar electrolíticamente níquel, cobalto, aleaciones de níquel-cobalto, aleaciones de níquel-hierro-cobalto, en el que la mejora comprende la presencia de 5 x 10 elevado a -6 moles por litro de 0,5 moles por litro de una ciclosulfona insaturada que tiene la fórmula estructural generalizada siguiente: ***(Ver fórmula) donde R1, R2, R3 y R4 son, independientemente, hidrógeno, alcohilo inferior o hidroxilo, durante un período de tiemposuficiente para formar un depósito electrolítico metálico sobre dicho cátodo.
