Abstract

Un procedimiento mejorado para la preparación de trihidrato de amoxicilina cristalino, que comprende las siguientes etapas consecutivas. a) formar una solución de ácido 6-aminopenicilánico en acetona acuosa fuertemente ácida. b) hacer reaccionar la solución de la etapa (a) a una temperatura comprendida entre -25ºC y 0ºC con hidrocloruro de cloruro de D(-)-p-hidroxifenilglicilo, en presencia de una cantidad de una mina terciaria no acuosa suficiente para mantener el pH de la mezcla de reacción entre 1,5 y 2,5 aproximadamente; *** Ver imagen
