Abstract
Un nuevo dispositivo de alumbrado, caracterizado esencialmente, por hallarse constituido por un tubo hueco cilíndrico de grosor apropiado, imitando una vela de cera de tipo corriente, el cual presenta en su superficie una abertura, frente a la cual y en el interior del tubo se montan muelles para recibir una lámpara eléctrica de forma tubular de modo que proyecte su luz al exterior a través de dicha abertura, poseyendo el tubo citado un pie, constituido por un taco de madera taladrado, para dar a los conductores eléctricos, necesarios al encendido de la lámpara tubular y de diámetro apropiado para su ajuste sobre un candelero de tipo corriente.
