Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en inductores de centrifugación electromagnética para lingoteras de colada continua, destinados a poner en rotación un metal en fusión alrededor de su eje de colada y constituidos por un anillo magnético bobinado con polos salientes, que se coloca en una cuba anular recorrida por una fuerte circulación de agua y dispuesta alrededor del tubo de colada de la lingotera, siendo alimentado el bobina de corriente alterna trifásica a baja tensión y a baja frecuencia, caracterizados porque el anillo magnético comprende seis anchos dientes, sin mordaza polar, porque el bobina está constituido por seis bobinas polares prefabricadas, montadas cada una alrededor de un dientes, sin mordaza polar, porque el bobina está constituido por seis bobinas polares prefabricadas, montadas cada una alrededor de un diente respectivo del anillo magnético, porque las dos bobinas de cada fase están curvadas según radios diferentes, porque las dos bobinas de cada fase están curvadas según radios diferentes, porque las dos bobinas de cada fase están montadas en dos dientes opuestos y acopladas de modo a adicionar los flujos magnéticos que crean colocándose una de las dos bobinas de cada fase en el fondo de las dos muescas contiguas al diente correspondiente, mientras que la otra bobina se coloca en el borde de las dos muescas contiguas al diente opuesto, y porque en una misma muesca, las bobinas de dos fases diferentes se acavallan parcialmente.
