Procedimiento para reducir rápidamente la potencia de un reactor nuclear; siendo el mencionado reactor nuclear del tipo que tiene el núcleo reactor refrigerado por medio de agua que por el mismo está pasando, y que tiene unas varillas de control para su desplazamiento hacia el interior del referido núcleo reactor;
