Abstract
Un dispositivo generador síncrono perfeccionado, que incluye un devanado de campo giratorio hecho girar por un motor principal, y en el cual la excitación de corriente continua para dicho devanado de campo se deriva de dicho motor principal mediante un sistema de excitatriz que incluye una excitatriz auxiliar que tiene un rotor de imán permanente, hecho girar por dicho motor principal para permitir el funcionamiento de dicho generador en un primer nivel de salida de potencia, el cual corresponde a un modo básico de funcionamiento, estando dicho sistema de excitatriz de una fuente controlada de corriente continua interconectado con dicho sistema de excitación para suplementar la excitación suministrada a dicho devanado de campo giratorio para permitir el funcionamiento de dicho generador a un segundo nivel de potencia, el cual corresponde a un modo de funcionamiento de forzamiento, y medios que pueden ser hechos funcionar para derivar una señal de control proporcional a una función predeterminada de la excitación aplicada a dicho devanado de campo.
