Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar derivados de sulfonamida, de fórmula general: **(Fórmula)** y sus sales de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptables, en donde Ar representa un grupo fenilo sustituido, un grupo fenilo sustituido tal como p-clorofenilo, p-metilfenilo, p-metoxifenilo o p-nitrofenilo, o un grupo heterocíclico tal como un grupo piridilo; Am representa un grupo diametilamino, dietilamino, di-n-propilamino o di-n-butilamino, o un grupo heterocíclico saturado tal como un grupo piperidino o 4-metil-piperazino; A representa un grupo 3-benzofurilo ó 3-benzo[b]tienilo, sustituido en la posición 2 por un grupo alquilo de cadena recta o ramificada con 1 a 4 átomos de carbono y opcionalmente sustituido en la posición 5 por un átomo de halógeno o un grupo alcoxi inferior tal como un grupo metoxi; y n es el entero 2 ó 3.
