Abstract
Junta de cardan con corona que comporta dos horquillas de articulación, de las cuales cada una está provista de dos pivotes orientados hacia fuera, cada uno con un anillo interior de cojinete que rodea al pivote y un anillo exterior de cojinete dispuesto concéntricamente respecto al pívote en una escotadura de recepción de la corona de acoplamiento, que gira con respecto al anillo interior de cojinete al intercalarse por lo menos un cuerpo de reducción de la fricción, y con elementos elásticos, por ejemplo elementos elementos elásticos como el caucho dispuestos entre el anillo exterior de cojinete y la escotadura de recepción de la corona de acoplamiento, que permiten al pivote con respecto a la corona de acoplamiento, un movimiento axial y/o radial con respecto a su eje, caracterizada porque el anillo interior del cojinete (6) consta de un material elástico duro de pared fina, preferentemente de material para resortes, presentando por lo menos una pieza (3,8,12,19), que sobresale axialmente del extremo libre del pivote (5), cede elásticamente en la misma dirección que el eje del pivote y se apoya en un fondo (13) por lo menos parcialmente cerrado del anillo exterior de cojinete (14), así como por lo menos un tope axial (19), que limita el movimiento de oscilación del anillo interior de cojinete (6) en dirección del pivote con respecto al anillo exterior de cojinete (figuras 4,5,6,8 y 9).
