Abstract

Procedimiento de. extrusión de una red de plástico a través de una estampa, formando así dos grupos, al menos, de hilos de plástico individuales de estructura reticular, en la que los hilos individuales están dispuestos entrecruzados entre sí, sufriendo un grupo de hilos, al menos, una extrusión a través de una serie de orificios individuales separados entre sí, caracterizado porque el citado procedimiento incluye las fases de: a) la extrusión del citado plástico a una velocidad de, al menos, unos 13''5 kilogramos por hora; b) el control de la velocidad de extrusión, del tamaño de hilo y de la temperatura y presión de la extrusión, de manera que se obtenga una red dotada de una relación, de longitud de hilo con respecto al peso, de: L/W > 0,77 x Dn/Dp en cuya fórmula: (L) representa la longitud total de los hilos, expresada en centímetros lineales por un centímetro cuadrado de la red; (W) es el peso expresada en kilogramos por cada 100 metros cuadrados de la red; (Dn) es la densidad de los hilos de la red; y (Dp) es la densidad de los hilos de una red de polipropileno.
