Improvements in the construction of electrical grounding bars, comprising a corrosion-resistant steel thin-walled tubular shield, a low-impedance metal thin-walled tubular conductor within said tubular shield, a tubular support member of thin wall inside said tubular conductor and forming a compound of three walls with the aforementioned protection and tubular conductor, an insertion point at one end of said tubular protection that facilitates penetration into the ground and substantially prevents direct contact between said conductive tube and the ground, said assembly being flexible but sufficiently rigid for its introduction into the ground.
