Abstract

A light reflector for carrying a light source mounted thereon and having a light emitting aperture through which light is emitted from the source, comprising: first and second side curved reflectors, oriented to make as At least some primary reflections from the source are emitted through the opening, said reflectors being arranged in angular relation to each other and meeting at a point that defines a first corner in the opening, cutting the pupil rays of the primary reflection output from said light source going to said curved side reflectors to those adjacent to said side reflectors at points that define curved lines, a curved corner reflector that is defined within said curved lines and is oriented with respect to said light source in a manner that causes at least some primary reflections of said light source to be emitted through the opening without suffering a reflex posterior connection.
