Imaging method, comprising: (a) the provision of an imaging member including a migration layer consisting of migration material and softening material, the softening material being capable of experiencing a reduction in its resistance to migration of the emigrable material to a sufficient extent to permit migration of such material in depth in said softening material; (b) providing an electrical latent image on said forming member; and (c) stabilization of said electrical latent image.
