Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de una composición farmacéutica anti-inflamatoria , en forma de dosis unitaria, de peso entre 0,20 y 5, 0 g, preferentemente entren 0,7 y 2,6 g, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de primeramente mezclar (a) 1-100 mg de ácido glicirretínico y /o al menos un derivado anti-inflamatorio activo del mismo y (b) 1-50% en peso de ácido algínico y/o al menos una sal no tóxica del mismo y/o al menos una carboxialquil-celulosa y/o al menos una sal no-tóxica de la misma; en una segunda etapa mezcla © 1-30% en peso de al menos un carbonato no-toxico y/o bicarbonato y (d) 0-30% en peso de al menos un compuesto antiácido, y en una última etapa hacer reaccionar las mezclas obtenidas en las primeras dos etapas.
