Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de comprimidos efervescentes, que contienen por una parte al menos un medicamento y por otra parte una mezcla efervescente constituida por al menos un bicarbonato alcalino y un ácido policarboxílico alifático y/o de una sal ácido de metal alcalino del citado ácido y eventualmente ingredientes usuales tales como aglutinantes, edulcorantes, lubricantes de compresión, caracterizado porque comprende la granulación de la mezcla efervescente que contiene el medicamente, en tres etapas: (1) la humidificación de la mezcla efervescente, que contiene eventualmente el medicamento o uno de los constituyentes de la citada mezcla, por medio de una cantidad inferior al 1% en peso con relación al bicarbonato alcalino para iniciar la reacción química entre el citado bicarbonato y el citado ácido en presencia de humedad, con desprendimiento de gas carbónico y formación de agua; (2) el pre-secado de la mezcla efervescente humidificada, en lecho fluido, por aire caliente cuyocontenido en humedad no sobrepase 5g/m3 y cuya temperatura no sobrepase los 60ºC, efectuándose esta operación en una secuencia de operaciones de secado con el fin de bloquear la reacción química, y (3) el secado final de la mezcla granulada con aire caliente cuyo contenido en humedad no sobrepase los 5g/m3 y cuya temperatura no sobrepase los 60ºC, en lecho fluido hasta que el contenido residual en gua de los granulados sea inferior a 0,25 % en peso y preferentemente, comprendido entre 0,05 y 0,15%
