Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de granulados comestibles expandidos a base de azúcar, caracterizado por el hecho de que se deposita unas gotas de un almíbar conteniendo por lo menos un agente de expansión sobre un lecho de materia comestible pulverulenta, y que se provoca mediante calentamiento la expansión y el secado de estas gotas mientras que están en contacto con dicha materia comestible.
