Abstract
Procedure for the preparation of an oxidative composition for hair dyeing, characterized in that it comprises dissolving in water from approximately 0.01 ppm to 500 ppm of a peroxidase enzyme selected from the group consisting of NAD peroxidase, NADP peroxidase, fatty acid peroxidase, horseradish cytochrome peroxidase, soybean peroxidase, iodinase and glutathione peroxidase; (a) from about 0.01% cheaply 1% by weight hydrogen peroxide and from about 0.001% up to 6% by weight of an aromatic compound which is a primary oxidation precursor collected from the group consisting of **(See formula)** where X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, nitro, amino, hydroxyl, (see formula) where M is hydrogen, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, ammonia or substituted ammonium where 1 or more hydrogens on the ammonium ion is replaced with an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl radical of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and alkenyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and aryl, alkaryl and aralkyl of 6 to 9 carbon atoms, R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl and alkenyl groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and aryl, alkaryl and aralkyl groups having from 6 to 9 carbon atoms and R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and alkenyl groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; (b) about 0% to 6% by weight of an aromatic compound which is a secondary oxidation dye precursor selected from the group consisting of **(See formula)** where X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, nitro, amino, hydroxyl, (see formula) and -SO3M where M is hydrogen, alkali or alkaline earth metal, ammonia or substituted ammonium where 1 or more hydrogens of the ammonium ion is replaced with an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl radical of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R7 are each selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and alkenyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and aryl, alkaryl, and aralkyl having from 6 to 9 carbon atoms, R6 and R8 are each selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl or alkenyl groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, Z is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, halogen, nitro, (see formula), -COOM and -SO3M where M is hydrogen or an alkali or alkaline earth metal, ammonia or substituted ammonium where 1 or more hydrogens of the ammonium ion is replaced with an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl radical of 1 to 3 atoms carbon; (c) the total concentration of the primary and secondary oxidation dye precursors being approximately 0.001% up to 6% by weight, the pH of the solution being 4 to 10.
