Abstract
A method of welding metal surfaces, such as stainless steel or the like, in which a flux is applied to the stainless steel surface to be welded before applying solder and heat to melt it, characterized by applying a non-corrosive flux consisting essentially of an aqueous mixture of phosphoric acid and copper nitrate in such proportions as to be included in area "A" of the plane, before the application of said solder.
