Abstract

A photographic method of producing a cathode ray screen structure having a desired pattern and deposits of fluorescent substance by coating a support surface with a photosensitive film including a polymeric material, by exposing the photosensitive film to radiation having the desired spectrum, by developing the exposed photosensitive film to remove portions of the film from the supporting surface, by applying it to the supporting surface and the remaining portions of the photosensitive film in a coating of screen material, by removing the portion of the photosensitive film and the coating placed on it to discover areas of the support surface, and by deposition of fluorescent material on the exposed areas of the support surface, characterized in that the photosensitive film contains from 0.06 to 0, 50 parts by weight of inert particles, diffusers of light for each part of polymer material, and the particles have a size between approximately 150Å and 5,000Å.
