Abstract
Improvements in the cranes, of the type comprising a chassis, a horizontal axis supported by said chassis, a telescopic boom formed by several tubular elements of decreasing cross sections that can slide one into the other, the outer element of said tubular elements constituting a box mounted pivotably on said horizontal axis, a return pulley supported by the outer end of the inner element of said tubular elements, a lifting hook, a lifting cable carrying said lifting hook and passing over said return pulley, a flexible endless tie system of which a point is fixed to said inner tubular element and which passes over two auxiliary pulleys mounted, respectively, at the two ends of the second element located immediately around said inner element, being another point of this endless tie fixed to the third element that surrounds the second, serving dic or endless flexible brace system to ensure the exit and entry of the inner element, at least, of said boom, characterized in that said endless brace (21) of said inner element (9) of the pen is attached said third element (3) of the pen by means of removable fixing means (27) that allow said tie to be selectively joined, either to this third element or to the second element (8).
