Compresa desechable después de uso destinada a contener residuos urinarios y fecales que incluye una envoltura impermeable a los líquidos y sustancialmente flexible con una profundidad de por lo menos 035 mm aproximadamente (025 pulg.) que tiene una parte urinaria frontal y una parte fecal posteriorsiendo la parte frontal más estrecha y teniendo una superficie inferior al 70% de la superficie de la parte posteriorsiendo dicha parte primaria frontal una primera superestructura situada en dicha parte frontal de dicha envoltura y llenándola sustancialmentey un medio absorvente en contacto íntimo con por lo menos una parte de dicha superestructurasiendo dicha superestructura por lo menos ligeramente compresible y siendo capaz de mantener un volumen vacioeligiéndose dicha superestructura en el grupo que consiste en hojas fibrosasmaterial alveolarfibras elásticas enredadas y mezclas de estos materialesy teniendo dicha parte posterior una segunda superestructura situada en dicha parte posterior de dicha envoltura y llenándola sustancialmentesiendo dicha superestructura por lo menos ligeramente compresible y siendo capaz de mantener un volumen vacío y eligiéndose en el grupo que consiste en hojas fibrosasmaterial alveolar con células abiertasestructuras fibrosas peludasfibras elásticas enredadascintas tricotadas "malivlieves"hojas onduladas divididasramilletes de hilosmaterial perforado con agujas o mezclas de estos materialessujetándose dicha segunda superestructura en dicha parte posterior de dicha envoltura.
