Abstract

Tapa de olla con un asa fijada en ella de manera desmontable, especialmente para una olla a presión de vapor con órganos de control alojados de forma estanca en el asa de la tapa, caracterizada porque en el asa de la tapa y en ésta están dispuestos un saliente y un orificio de engrane de manera que pueden llevarse a engrane entre sí para la fijación del asa de la tapa y separarse entre sí para desmontar el asa de la tapa, y porque por lo menos un saliente forma una parte móvil de un cierre de pestillo.
