Abstract

Dispositivo para el pretensado por enfriamiento de una luna de vidrio, curvada calentada, el cual comprende una caja de soplado superior, una caja de soplado inferior, un dispositivo de carga y un dispositivo de vaciado, presentando las cajas de soplado una pluralidad de toberas de aire de refrigeración dirigidas hacia la luna de vidrio que se va a pretensar, y pudiendo ser depositada la luna de vidrio a agujereada de modelo de pretensado para generar tensado en la luna de vidrio, y que corresponde la luna de vidrio curvada que descansa sobre la pretensar con ayuda del dispositivo de carga entre las cajas de soplado y pudiendo ser evacuada con ayuda del dispositivo de vaciado, caracterizado porque el dispositivo de carga presenta al menos una chapa de carga que se puede introducir entre las caja de soplado y que está configurada como plantilla agujereada de modelo de pretensado para generar campos de pretensado en la luna de vidrio y que corresponde a la forma de la luna de vidrio curvada que descansa sobre la chapa de carga, porque, cuando está introducida la chapa de carga; puede asentar sobre el borde de la luna de vidrio a pretensar un bastidor de retención y se puede sujetar así la luna de vidrio, y porque la luna de vidrio sujeta puede ser soplada al menos a través de las toberas de aire de refrigeración de la caja de soplado inferior.
