Abstract

Junta elástica para ventanas de automóviles, que comprende una tira de montaje de ventanas (17) de material elásticamente deformable y un borde en forma de Z (13) de la abertura de la ventana de la carrocería del automóvil sobre el cual se debe adaptar aquélla, comprendiendo el borde en forma de Z (13) una zona de base (14) y una primera expansión, (15) en el extremo dirigido hacia adentro de la zona de base; expandiéndose hacia la abertura de la ventana y existiendo, una segunda expansión (16) en su extremo externo que se prolonga en separación de la abertura de la ventana y poseyendo la tira de acoplamiento (17) una zona de cuerpo (18) destinada a descansar a lo largo de la base (14) del borde de la ventana, así como un refundido de acoplamiento (19) en un lado de la zona de base y que se extiende longitudinalmente respecto a la tira de estanqueidad, de manera que recibe en su interior la primera expansión (15) del borde de la ventana, para permitir el acoplamiento de la mencionada tira en la abertura de la ventana y existiendo un borde de cierre estanco (20) previsto para acoplarse de forma elástica a la superficie externa de la segunda expansión (16) del borde de la ventana cuando la tira de estanqueidad queda acoplada en la abertura de la ventana, caracterizándose porque la zona de cuerpo (18) queda dotada de un refundido (23) receptor de la ventana en su lado opuesto al que corresponde al refundido de acoplamiento (19) y dispuesto de forma tal que cuando la tira de acoplamiento (17) queda montada en la abertura de la ventana y la ventana (24) queda acoplada en la tira de acoplamiento, la superficie externa (25) de la ventana (24) forma sustancialmente una prolongación de la superficie externa de dicha segunda expansión (16).
