Abstract

Un formulario continuo para hacerlo pasar por una máquina impresora y ser en módulos o formularios replegables y cerrables para su expedición, caracterizado por el hecho: de que el formular individual presenta al menos cuatro secciones delimitadas por unas líneas de plegadura paralelas, para ser repetidamente; de que en una de las secciones exterior del módulo en la disposición de plegadura en cuatro, prevista una ventanilla para la dirección de envio; de que el frente de dichas secciones está circundado por una zona perimétrica de encolamiento irreversible, para la inviolabilidad de la zona útil; de que en el dorso del frente útil hay previstos unos medios de encolamiento reversible, tales que los frentes de las secciones juntadas o arrimadas entre si por efecto de la o las plegaduras que siguen a la primera se aplican o adhieren de modo que pueden separarse de nuevo; y de que hay unos medios previstos para el corte por tres lados del formulario, en la disposición de éste adoptada tras laprimera plegadura, con exclusión del lado definido por la linea de primera plegadura.
