Abstract

Clavija universal autónoma para implantoprótesis orales, caracterizada por formarse a partir de dos piezas separadas que se montan en el momento de la implantación endoosea, quedando sujetas, con seguridad, en el hueso mediante un doble cono, a saber, un cono ya existente en la pieza con su mayor base vuelta hacia arriba, el cual queda retenido por el hueso compacto, y un cono inferior que se forma al colocar la clavija, quedando sujeto en el hueso-trabecular esponjoso.
