Improvements in a process for implementing exothermic products for foundry, comprising a primary mixture constituted by an oxidizable metal, especially aluminum, and an oxidizing body, such as potassium nitrate, and fillers, such as chamotte or silicosa sand, characterized in that to said primary mixture a percentage comprised between 0.5 and 5% of silicon metal is added, adding to the first mixture before being prepared for molding, sodium silicate with an alkalinity ratio comprised between 2 and 3.5 or a solution diluted soda.
