Abstract

Una caldera horizontal que comprende una envolvente, un tubo-hogar descentrado con relación a esta envolvente y un haz de tubos de humos, estando este tubo-hogar y estos tubos de humos intercalados entre una placa tubular delantera dispuesta a la entrada del tubo-hogar y una placa tubular trasera dispuesta a la salida del tubo-hogar, caracterizada porque un tabique sensiblemente vertical, está fijado a la parte inferior de la envolvente y une las dos placas tubulares, diviendo este tabique longitudinalmente a la parte empotrada de la caldera una zona de tubo-hogar que rodea al tubo-hogar y que está desprovista de tubos de humos y una zona lateral que contiene el haz de tubos de humo y el tubo-hogar tiene un elemento tubular de sección reducida, guarnecido interiormente con un material refractario, estando este elemento intercalado entre la salida del tubo-hogar y la placa tubular correspondiente para facilitar la circulación descendente del agua en la parte de la zona del tubo-hogar, en torno de este elemento tubular.
