Abstract
1. Un dispositivo de cobertura alrededor de una substrato alargado, en particular un empalme entre cables de telecomunicación, que incluye una funda envolvente que tiene zonas de borde que se pueden colocar a tope para mantener a la funda con una configuración envolvente; una pieza para efectuar un cierre hermético, que puede estar por debajo y unir las zonas de borde cuando están a tope, y que tiene un compuesto sellador ablandable por medio de calor sobre una superficie principal que está frente a las zonas de borde; y medios que proporcionan una separación localizada entre las zonas de borde, permitiendo solamente un flujo localizado de dicho compuesto sellador entre ellas cuando éste se ablanda por medio de calor. 2. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, en el que los medios que proporcionan la separación son al menos un surco en una de las zonas de borde, el cual define un agujero entre las zonas de borde cuando éstas se juntan a tope, siendo el agujero sustancialmente radial respecto a la funda envolvente. 3. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, en el que el compuesto sellador es un adhesivo de fusión por calor. 4. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, que incluye además medios para empujar a la pieza que efectúa el cierre hermético contra las zonas de borde cuando éstas se juntan a tope. 5. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 4, en el que el medio de empuje es una banda de espuma sobre una cara de la pieza que efectúa el cierre hermético, opuesta al compuesto sellador. 6. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, que incluye además un soporte alrededor del cual se envuelve la funda. 7. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, en el que la funda es de forma recuperable al menos parcialmente. 8. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 7, en el que la funda es al menos parcialmente contraíble por medio de calor. 9. Un dispositivo según la reivindicación 7, en el que solamente son de forma recuperable las zonas de los extremos de la funda. 10. Un dispositivo de cobertura alrededor de un substrato alargado, en particular un empalme entre cables de telecomunicación.
