Abstract

1. Dispositivo para fruncir una parte de un artículo textil o similar, tal como un artículo de ropa blanca y/o de indumentaria hecho de tela y/o tela no tejida y para la retención estable de dicha parte en dicha posición fruncida, consistentes en elementos cintiformes y/o cordiformes susceptibles de deslizamiento dentro de asientos formados al efecto en la tela y caracterizado porque dichos elementos cinriformes y/o codiformes comprenden un primer elemento sujeto a un primer extremo dentro de dicho asiento, unido a un segundo elemento que sobresale libremente de dicho asiento, realizandose dicha unión en dos partes de los dos elementos siendo además la parte de uno de dichos elementos de mayor tamaño que la del otro y teniendo dicha parte de mayor tamaño una primera lámina rígida sujeto al menos parcialmente a ella. 2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho primer elemento codiforme y/o cintiforme es elástico mientras que dicho segundo elemento es elástico o no elástico. 3. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque en una primera unión de dichas dos partes hay provisión para una segunda lámina de bloqueo pequeña para bloquear un extremo de dicha primera lámina, dispuesta esencialmente en dicha segunda unión de las dos partes. 4. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque tanto la primera lámina como la segunda lámina de bloqueo están envueltas en dos partes separadas, formadas por el seccionado de dicha parte de mayor tamaño. 5. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dicha parte menor es elástica mientras que dicha parte de mayor tamaño es esencialemente no elástica. 6. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque ambos elementos cintiformes y/o codiformes son elásticos. 7. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dichas uniones, dicho asiento deslizante y dicha sujeción de la lámina se realizan por soldadura. 8. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dichas uniones, dichos asiento deslizante y dicha sujección de la lámina se realizan por costuras. 9. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dichas uniones, dicho asiento deslizante y dicha sujeción de las láminas se realizan por puntadas. 10. Dispositivo para fruncir una parte de un artículo textil o similar.
