Abstract

A wheel brake disc assembly comprises a divided or undivided brake ring (14) mounted on a hub (12) or wheel (11) of a rail vehicle and an intermediate piece (17), to which the brake ring (14) is fastened by means of a strip (16) clamped in a groove (18). The intermediate piece itself is mounted by means of screws (20) and/ or pins, tightening sleeves or similar, which extend parallel to and are arranged on a circle (25) concentric with the axis. Bores (19) for the screws (20) at the intermediate piece (17) have uniform circumferential spacing, the magnitude of which corresponds to the fourth to the tenth part of the circle (25) on which the screws are arranged. Securing means (24) prevents relative displacement between the brake ring (14) and intermediate piece (17).
