Abstract

1.Banda de revestimiento, especialmente para el aislamiento elemental de conductores eléctricos, del tipo empleado en la constitución de máquinas, destinadas a sufrir una impregnación por una resina aislante, caracterizada porque dicha banda comprende una primera capa formada por un papel de micra poroso, que reposa sobre un segunda capa que constituye un soporte termofusible, destinado a ponerse en contacto con los conductores, estando revestida la citada primera capa sobre su otra cara por una tercera capa que asegura, principalmente la protección mecánica de la banda. 2.Banda según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el material del soporte termofusible se selecciona del grupo formado por los fieltros no tejidos a base de poliéster, las películas a base de poliéster, las películas a base de polímeros fluorados. 3.Banda según las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizada porque el material que constituye la tercera capa es un tejido de vidrio. 4.Banda según una de las reivindicaciones 1a 3, caracterizada porque la primera capa de papel de mica está solidarizada con las otras capas se realiza por medio de resinas epóxidos. 5.Banda según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque la primera y la segunda capa están solidarizadas por termofusión. 6.Banda según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el papel de mica tiene un gramaje comprendido entre 40 y 120 g/m2 y preferentemente entre 60 y 90 g/m2, estando comprendido su espesor entre 30-10 3 mm. y 110.10 - 3 mm. 7.Banda según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque el tejido de vidrio tiene un gramaje comprendido entre 19 y 40 g/m2 estando comprendido su espesor entre 28.10 - 3 y 50.10 - 3 mm. 8.Banda según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque los fieltros a base de poliéster tienen un gramaje comprendido entre 30 y 60 g/m2 y un espesor comprendido entre 45.10 c3 y 90.10 - 3 mm. 9.Banda según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque las películas a base de poliéster a base de polímeros fluorados tienen un espesor comprendido entre 13.10 - 3 y 50.10 - 3 mm. 10.Banda de revestimiento, especialmente para el aislamiento elemental de conductores eléctricos.
