Abstract

1. Estuche para labores de tabaco, esencialmente caracterizado por estar constituido mediante un cuerpo monopieza, de configuración prismático-rectangular, sensiblemente aplanado, preferentemente obtenido a base de material plástico y de un proceso de moldeo, abierto por uno de sus bordes, en correspondencia con el cual presenta dos tapas abatibles, asociadas a sus caras laterales mayores y capaces de adaptarse por sus embocaduras determinando el cierre de la embocadura del propio cuerpo, habiéndose previsto que tales tapas estén asociadas a las caras laterales del cuerpo con caracter monopieza, a través de líneas de abisagramiento definidas por respectivas líneas de debilitamiento en el material constitutivo del conjunto. 2. Estuche para labores de tabaco, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el cuerpo presenta, a partir de cierta distancia de su embocadura y afectando a las caras laterales que circundan dicha embocadura, un desdoblamiento en el espesor a expensas de su cara externa, determinante de un escalonamiento perimetral en el que se definen, concretamente en los sectores correspondientes a sus caras mayores, las líneas de abisagramiento para las tapas, tapas que presentan un espesor coincidente con la magnitud del escalonamiento, en orden a establecer una perfecta continuidad con el resto del cuerpo, en situación de cierre. 3. Estuche para labores de tabaco, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque las tapas abatibles tienden, por efecto del propio proceso de moldeo, a adoptar el posicionamiento divergente correspondiente a su apertura, mientras que la situación de cierre se mantiene con carácter estable merced a un dispositivo adecuado de pestaña y encaje que funcione gracias a la elasticidad del material. 4. Estuche para labores de tabaco, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la embocadura del cuerpo está provista de un amplio escote, que le afecta mayoritariamente en orden de facilitar la extración de los cigarrillos, mientras que en su interior existe al menos un tabique compartimentador, actuante además como rigidizador del conjunto, mientras que las caras mayores del cuerpo se encuentran afectadas mayoritariamente por sendos rehundidos que reducen el material constitutivo de las mismas. 5. Estuche para labores de tabaco, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los bordes de las tapas próximos a sus líneas de abisagramiento se encuentran afectados por respectivos biseles, mientras que en el escalonamiento perimetral del cuerpo, concretamente en sus paredes laterales menores, existen acodamientos diédricos en correspondencia con tales biseles de las tapas y a los que se adaptan perfectamente estos últimos en situación de cierre. 6. Estuche para labores de tabaco.
