Abstract

Inner bag to essentially house a liquid transport asset, to be placed inside an interior container of a pallet container, where the interior bag comprises: a flexible, thin-walled sheet (1) to house the transport asset , an adapter (2) for joining the sheet (1) to an opening (13) in the container wall of the inner container (14) of the pallet container, and a valve (3) to extract the transport good, wherein the sheet (1) and the adapter (2) form a precast assembly, characterized in that the sheet (1) and the adapter (2) together with the valve (3) form a precast assembly such that the area surrounded by the sheet (1), the adapter (2) and the valve (3) are closed in an airtight manner with respect to the environment.

DESCRIPTION

Inner bag for a pallet container and pallet container

The invention relates to an inner bag according to the preamble of claim 1 as well as a pallet container according to claim 8, which is provided with such an inner bag.

These types of pallet containers are basically known by the state of the art, for example by the so-called Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC).

From EP 2090528 A1 it is known to place a sheet of an inner bag with a thin, flexible and essentially hose-shaped wall, inside the inner container of the pallet container, where the inner bag is prepared as a sheet essentially in the form of a hose, sealed air tight, if necessary additionally sterilized by radiation that eliminates germs, and where the sheet is located inside the inner container of the pallet container.

By introducing the sheet of the inner bag that will accommodate the well transported in the inner container of the pallet container, it has been shown that it is difficult to simply mount the sealed inner bag air tight without damaging the air tightness.

The mission of the invention is to present an inner bag for a pallet container or a pallet container with an inner bag, where the inner bag can be mounted easily and without damaging the air tightness of the volume surrounded by the sheet of the inner bag

This mission will be solved according to the invention by an inner bag according to claim 1, wherein the inner bag comprises a flexible thin-walled sheet, an adapter for attaching the sheet to an opening in the container wall of the inner container of the pallet container, and a valve to extract the transported good, where the sheet, the adapter and the valve form a prefabricated assembly and where the area wrapped by the sheet, the adapter and the valve is closed air tight with respect to the environment .

The adapter according to the invention joins the sheet with the valve and additionally offers the possibility of mounting the assembly formed by the sheet, the adapter and the valve as an assembly in the opening of the container wall of the inner container of the pallet container prefabricated, air tight, and if necessary disassemble it again.

The mission will also be solved according to claim 8 for the pallet container by means of an inner bag according to one of claims 1 to 8, essentially because the inner bag adapter is held in an opening of the container wall of the container stably inside.

Preferably, for the inner bag it is provided that essentially the adapter is constructed as a molded part symmetrical to the turn, especially as a plastic molded part.

Preferably for the inner bag, and with respect to the adapter, it is provided that it is essentially constructed as a pot-shaped piece, wherein the pot-shaped piece comprises a bottom and a side wall. The pot-shaped piece can essentially be placed and held simply inside the opening of the container wall, especially essentially by form closure.

Preferably, for the design of the essentially pot-shaped adapter, it is provided that the side wall runs conically so that the adapter can be housed centrally inside the opening in the container wall of the pallet container.

With respect to the design of the inner bag as an essentially pot-shaped piece, it is provided that the pot-shaped piece has a folded edge area. The folded edge area serves as a support surface or cover or joint housing for a joint ring of a joint.

With respect to the folded edge area of the inner bag it is preferably provided that the edge area is prepared in a U-shape or in an L-shape and that a joint is located in the edge area. The gasket can therefore be housed in the area of the folded adapter as a U-shaped or L-shaped gasket.

As an alternative to an adapter that is essentially constructed as a pot-shaped piece, it may be provided that the adapter is constructed as an essentially flat washer. Through the edge area the washer may have a welding edge.

For the pallet container, which comprises the inner bag adapter attached to an opening of the container wall of the inner container stably, it is preferably provided that the inner bag adapter is attached to the inner container by means of a screw cap, where a thread of the screw cap engages with an opposite thread provided in the opening of the container wall, and where the screw cap surrounds the adapter. These types of screw caps are available as standard parts and allow removal of the inner bag after use by simply loosening the screw cap.

As an alternative or as a complement to a basically releasable fastening of the inner bag adapter to the opening of the container wall of the inner container essentially stably of the pallet container, it can be provided that the inner bag adapter is attached to the opening of the container wall by means of a joint by form closure, especially by a union by welding.

Other advantages and features of the invention are apparent from the dependent claims as well as from the description of a preferred embodiment.

The invention will be described and explained in more detail below by reference to the accompanying drawings on the basis of a preferred embodiment.

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment example of an inner bag according to the invention.

Figure 3 shows a partially sectioned view of an exemplary embodiment of a pallet container according to the invention, in which the inner bag is placed according to Figures 1 and 2.

Figure 1 shows an inner bag to be filled with a liquid transport good, wherein the inner bag is provided so that the liquid transport good is housed inside the inner container of a pallet container, especially inside the container inside of a so-called Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC).

The inner bag comprises a thin, flexible wall sheet 1 of a plastic such as polyethylene, wherein the sheet 1 is constructed as a hose open on one side. The inner bag further comprises an adapter 2 for joining the sheet 1 to an opening, not shown in Figure 1, in the container wall of the IBC inner container. The inner bag finally comprises a valve 3 to extract the transport good housed in the sheet 1. Then, the sheet 1, the adapter 2 as well as the valve 3 form a prefabricated assembly, wherein the area surrounded by the sheet 1, the adapter 2 and valve 3 is closed air tight with respect to the environment. The surrounding area is treated and sterilized to kill germs, especially with previous radiation with high energy radiation.

Figure 2 shows that the sheet 1 constructed as a hose open on one side has at the open end a reinforcement ring 4 with which the sheet 1 is connected with the adapter 2.

The adapter 2 is essentially constructed as a symmetrical turn molded part, especially as a plastic molded part, which is specially constructed by an injection process. The adapter 2 is essentially constructed as a pot-shaped piece, where the pot-shaped piece comprises a bottom 5 and a side wall 6 and where the bottom 5 has a through hole 7 so that the well transported can arrive from the sheet 1 to the valve 3. The reinforcement ring 4 of the sheet 1 is attached to a first side of the bottom 5 of the adapter 2. The valve 3 is attached to a second side of the bottom 5 so that the adapter 2 transmits the solid junction of sheet 1 with valve 3.

For the side wall 6 of the adapter 2 it can also be essentially recognized from figure 1 that the side wall 6 is constructed slightly tapered in the direction of the sheet 1. In figure 2 it can also be recognized that the pot-shaped adapter 2 has a folded edge zone 8, wherein the edge zone 8 is essentially U-shaped, such that between the leg located inside and the leg 9 located outside the, U 'is located a ring of board joint 10.

The valve 3 comprises a clapper tap 11 as well as a connecting piece 12 whose end zone is attached to the second face of the bottom 5 of the adapter 2. The inner zone of the inner bag extending from the hose of the sheet 1 as well as of the reinforcement ring 4 of the sheet 1 as well as the through hole 7 of the bottom 5 of the adapter 2 and of the connecting piece 12 until the valve tap 11 of the valve 3 is constructed air-tight as well as sterile with respect to to the environment

Figure 3 shows the assembly of the inner bag assembly constructed as a prefabricated, air-tight and sterilized construction unit, in an opening 13 constructed as an outlet opening of a pallet container. Of the pallet container constructed as IBC, only the inner container 14 is represented as an extract; the inner container 14 is then constructed as a stably plastic piece with essentially cube-shaped dimensions, wherein the plastic part even without filling has a defined cube-shaped construction. In the front container wall 15 of the inner container 14 there is built in the center, an area introduced inwardly in which a formation 16 extracted outwardly presents the outer side a thread and on the inner side a smooth surface. The sheet 1 is led to the inner area of the inner container 14 through the opening 13, so that with the outer face of the side wall 6, the adapter 2 comes to rest on the smooth inner surface of the formation 16. The leg 9 which is on the outer side of the folded U-shaped edge zone 8 closes by joining the thread end of the outer side of the formation 16.

The adapter 2 thus predetermined in the opening 13 is secured to the inner container 14 by means of a screw cap 17, where a thread 18 of the screw cap 17 engages with a thread provided in the formation 16 of the opening 13 of the container wall 15 which acts as a counter thread to the thread 18 of the threaded plug 17, and where the threaded plug wraps the adapter 2. Then the threaded plug 17 has a lid with a hole, where the valve 3 enters through the hole.

As an alternative or as a complement to a fixation of the adapter 2 to the inner container 14 of the pallet container it can be provided that the adapter of the inner bag is attached to the opening 13 of the container wall 15 by means of a joint by form , especially by welding union,.

In the embodiment described above, the inner bag was attached to the outlet opening 13 of the pallet container. In addition to this, it can be provided that the inner bag is located in an inlet opening of the pallet container, essentially centered on the upper lid surface of the inner container. In the embodiment described above, it was provided that the edge zone 8 of the adapter 2 was essentially U-shaped to accommodate the joint ring of the joint 10. The edge area 8 of the adapter 2 essentially prepared with a cross-section U-shaped improves the stability of the union of the valve 3 in radial direction, in the case of a fall. In a variant of the exemplary embodiment, it may be provided that the edge zone 8 of the adapter 2 is prepared in an L-shape.

In the embodiment described above, it was provided that the valve 3 comprised a clapper tap 11. Alternatively, the valve may also be a ball tap.

In the embodiment described above it was provided that the adapter 2 was an essentially pot-shaped piece. It can be understood that the adapter can also be constructed as a flat washer on whose both ring faces the sheet or the valve can be attached, where the washer is attached along the outer edges to the opening of the container wall of the stably inner container of the pallet container, for example by a circumferential weld joint.

Inner bag to essentially house a liquid transport good, to place it inside an inner container of a pallet container, where the inner bag comprises: a flexible thin-walled sheet (1) to accommodate the transport good, an adapter (2) for joining the sheet (1) to an opening (13) in the container wall of the inner container (14) of the pallet container, and a valve (3) to extract the transport good, wherein the sheet (1) and the adapter (2) form a prefabricated assembly, characterized in that the sheet (1) and the adapter (2) together with the valve (3) form a prefabricated assembly so that the area surrounded by The foil (1), the adapter (2) and the valve (3) are closed tightly in the air with respect to the environment. 2. Pallet container comprising an inner container (14) stably, is housed on a pallet inside a mesh or a sheet wrap, characterized by an inner bag according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the adapter (2) of the inner bag is secured in an opening (13) of the container wall (15) of the inner container (14) in a stable manner. 9. Pallet container according to claim 8, characterized in that the adapter (2) of the inner bag is attached to the inner container (14) by means of a screw cap, wherein a thread (18) of the screw cap (17) engages with a counter nut provided in the opening (13) of the container wall (14), and where the screw cap (17) envelops the adapter (2). 10. Pallet container according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the inner bag adapter is attached to the opening of the container wall, by means of a weld joint.
