Abstract

Dispositivo óptico de comprobación de la hinca de un pilote que comprende una estructura portante, una cámara (1), un brazo (5) articulado, que a su vez comprende un punto de referencia (11); un sensor-iluminador (3), configurado para iluminar la superficie del pilote (12) y el punto de referencia (11) mediante un patrón de iluminación láser, así como para medir distancias con respecto al pilote (12); un equipo (6) de procesado de las imágenes tomadas por la cámara (1) y de las distancias medidas por el sensor-iluminador (3); donde dicho equipo (6) está configurado para medir, sobre cada imagen tomada por la cámara (1), una distancia, Yf, entre la franja de contraste (4) y el punto de referencia (11) y, mediante triangulación, calcular la distancia real, Ym, sobre el pilote (12) entre la franja de contraste (4) y la proyección del punto de referencia (11) sobre la superficie del pilote (12).
