Abstract

Dispositivo para separar agua y eliminar por filtrado impurezas de hidrocarburos líquidos, en particular carburantes de aviación, con una caja de alojamiento en la que están dispuestos en posición horizontal y paralelos entre sí el menos un elemento de filtro y de coalescencia cilíndrico y el menos un elemento de separación cilíndrico, de tal manera que la entrada del elemento de filtro y de coalescencia recorrido por la corriente de dentro a fuera y la salida del elemento de separación recorrido por la corriente de fuera a dentro se encuentran en el mismo extremo de la caja de alojamiento, estando cerrados los otros extremos respectivos de los elementos, y con un cilindro hueco que está dispuesto coaxialmente en el interior del elemento de separación a distancia de su capa de separación y que desemboca en la salida, caracterizado porque el cilindro hueco está abierto en su extremo alejado de la salida y forma una abertura de afluencia.
