Abstract

DESCRIPTION

Shoe made from a caicetln and a reinforcement structure

The invention concerns the realization of a piece of clothing, of the shoe type or, more generally, of a footwear garment.

The realization of a shoe, whatever its form, requires the implementation of abundant pieces, of the order of several tens, sometimes up to 45, and the accomplishment of numerous stages of assembly, of gluing, of fastening, of all these pieces between them.

A shoe is disclosed according to the preamble of claim 1 in US 2012/0011744.

The assembly of a shoe is, therefore, a procedure that takes time and that requires a specific, heavy and expensive tooling.

The invention proposes a new structure of shoe, or of footwear, so! as an embodiment procedure for making a shoe, or a footwear item.

For this purpose, the invention first proposes a textile piece that includes a sock foot, a first heel, a first shank, a second heel, arranged at the top of said shank, and a second shank, in extension of the second shank. For example, the second wire is seamlessly joined to the first wire.

Carried out in the second channel there may be an opening, in order to perform a step for one or more laces of lacing.

Also, the invention concerns a shoe that includes, from inside the shoe, a first elastic textile layer, determining a sock, and a reinforcing structure in which the textile layer is disposed and to which it is fixed by means of fixation.

The textile layer may be arranged:

- removably with respect to the reinforcement structure, to which it is attached by means of hook-type means by elastic jump, buttons, closing surfaces by mechanical adhesion or others;

- or irremovably with respect to the reinforcement structure, to which it is attached, for example, by bonding, thermowelding or any other means.

The shoe further includes a second textile layer, the reinforcing structure being arranged between the first textile layer and the second textile layer.

The second textile layer is made after the first textile layer, seamless to connect the first and the second.

According to one embodiment, the reinforcing structure includes at least one sole and reinforcing side elements.

This reinforcement structure can also include at least one front stop element and / or an element in abutment configuration.

The reinforcing structure may be elastic, for example made of a fiber-based material.

Also, the invention concerns a method of making a shoe, with the aid of a sock and a reinforcing structure that includes at least one sole and at least one lateral reinforcement structure, which includes the following steps:

- holster the sock in a foot shape;

- positioning the reinforcing structure on the sock, in contact with it, and fixing it to said sock with the aid of fixing means.

The sock is a textile piece as already described above.

The fixing of the reinforcement structure to the sock is carried out immovably, for example by gluing, thermo-welding or other.

As a variant, the fixation of the reinforcement structure to the sock is carried out removably, by means of type hook by elastic jump, buttons, closing surfaces by mechanical or other adhesion.

According to one embodiment, which allows an adaptation of the reinforcing structure in the actual embodiment of the shoe, this reinforcement structure includes a first part and a second part that are, before the fixation to the sock, movable with respect to the other, in order to adapt the reinforcing structure to the foot last.

Whichever embodiment is contemplated, at least part of the textile material used may include one or more physical and / or chemical properties that give it an anti-odor, fungicidal, moisture-absorbing, skin-healing function. , waterproof or water repellent, resistance to intrusion of a foreign body, resistance to abrasion, elasticity or other.

At least two zones of the textile material may have different physical or chemical properties, for example, at least two zones of the textile material may be areas of different impermeability.

Figures 1A and 1B represent a piece of textile material, or sock, with the possibility of being put into practice within the scope of the present invention.

Figures 2A-2C illustrate steps of realization of a part of the type shown in Figures 1A-1B. Figures 3A-3E represent various embodiments of reinforcement means, with the possibility of being implemented within the scope of the present invention.

This piece is represented schematically in Figures 1A and 1B.

It includes a first part, determinant of a foot of sock 10, endowed with an end 12 and its heel 14. This foot is extended in a cane 16. These elements 10, 12, 14, 16 constitute the usual structure of a sock. But, in the sock used in this memory, the sleeve 16 extends in a second heel 18 and then in a second channel 20, which has a final opening 22. This piece, when it is arranged on a flat surface, as in Figure 1A, it has a substantially "U" shape.

In the second channel 20, an opening 21 can be provided, in order to let pass some laces in the configuration of loops.

The assembly is substantially symmetrical with respect to a plane C-C ', the trace of which is seen in Figure 1B, and which is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the channel 16. The symmetry does not interest the end 12 and the opening 22.

In connection with FIGS. 2A-2C, there are described steps of a method for producing an element as described above in connection with FIGS. 1A and 1B.

On a cylinder 5 (FIG. 2A), a textile part 1 is produced, for example by knitting, weaving or braiding, of a substantially cylindrical shape and whose diameter corresponds substantially with the diameter of the channel 16.

When the piece 1 is finished, it is removed from the support 5 and two recesses or cuts 4, 8 are made (figure 2B) therein in order to position heels 14, 18 in them. In figure 2B, it is already seen the opening 22 that will terminate the element 10.

The cuts 4, 8 allow to distance the ends of the textile piece 1 with respect to its cylindrical symmetry axis X, X '. It is then possible (FIG. 2C) to fix, in the openings made from the recesses 4, 8, portions of the textile material 14, 18 that determine the heels, thus! as a portion 12 determining the end of the foot of the sock. You get ace! an element of the type described above in connection with Figures 1A and 1B.

The textile material used for the piece 2 and the method described above can be uniform for the whole of the sock. This textile material can have one or more physical and / or chemical properties, in views to integrate certain functions. For example, it can have a composition and / or include means for performing one or more of the following functions: anti-odor, fungicide, moisture absorption, skin healing, impermeability or water repellency (property of being impermeable to a certain point), resistance to intrusion of a foreign body, resistance to abrasion, elasticity.

Additionally, one or more of these properties may only interest one or several localized parts of the sock. For example, a part may have properties that allow it to resist an intrusion of a foreign body, which may not be necessary elsewhere. Even for example, a part may have a certain impermeability, which may not be necessary elsewhere.

Consequently, the textile material used for piece 2 and for said procedure can be uniform, presenting specific local, physical and / or chemical properties, with a view to integrating one or several of said functions.

Next, in connection with FIGS. 3A-3E, various embodiments of a reinforcement structure 3 that can be used in the embodiment of a shoe or shoe element according to the invention are described below. Each of these various examples is made of a material based on fibers, for example a polyamide, a polyurethane or any equivalent material, and is intended to determine a part of the sole block and the lateral reinforcement means of the shoe. The structure 3 can, without limitation, be obtained by molding an elastomeric thermoplastic material, or obtained by any technique known to a person skilled in the art. Thus, in Figure 3A, a first example of such reinforcing element 3 is seen, which includes a flexible part in sole configuration 30, delimited by edges 30 ', 30 ", and lateral reinforcement elements 31 -36, a first end of which is fixed to one of the edges 30 ', 30 "of the sole 30, while the other end may include means 30a-36a determinants of loops through which can be inserted a or several strips or cords 37, intended to determine one or some loop (s), for example of the type that end in a clamping element 39, as seen in Figure 3C. Each of the lateral reinforcement elements preferably has a shape as illustrated in Figure 3A, which is distanced, from the end that is opposite the corresponding edge 30, 30 'of the sole 30 to which is directly attached to the edge of the sole. This shape allows to have a more effective reinforcement means in the lateral zones.

The sole 30, by its constitution in the form of a thin layer of fibers, is flexible, preferably in two directions, perpendicular to the axis of the foot and following the other this same axis. This results in a reinforced adaptability in view of the following stages.

In the embodiment of figure 3A, the sole 30 is flat and is not limited neither in its front part nor in its back part. Therefore, it does not delimit any extreme zone of the foot nor any zone in configuration of buttress for the foot.

The embodiment shown in figure 3B includes all the elements described above in connection with figure 3A (for this reason, these elements will not be described again), but also includes, at the front end of the sole, a determining element 40 of a stop and delimiter of the extreme position of the forefoot. As for the previous embodiment, this reinforcement element does not include limitation in the posterior area of the foot and, especially, a defining element of a buttress. This anterior element 40 is formed from a band, also of fiber-based material, arranged substantially perpendicular to the plane defined by the sole.

The embodiment of figure 3C includes, at the same time, a zone 40 delimiting the extreme position of the forefoot, but also a rear area 42 in abutment configuration, and joined to at least a part of the elements of reinforcement 31-36 by lateral fiber webs 43, 43 'which, while retaining a certain flexibility, will nonetheless provide the back part with some strength or rigidity. The other elements represented in this figure 3C being identical or similar to those already described above in connection with figures 3A and 3B.

The embodiment of figure 3D is a variant of that of figure 3C. A structure is still made that includes lateral reinforcement means, an anterior stop 40 of the foot and a posterior buttress 42, but in two parts this time, combining, on the one hand, the structure of figure 3A and, on the other, the structure represented in Figure 3E. The latter includes a part 30a in the sole configuration, an anterior stop 40, a rear part 42 in the configuration of a buttress and lateral elements in the configuration also of a buttress means, in the form of lateral fiber webs 43a, 43a '. In this part the structure of figure 3A can be introduced, until, for example, the front edge of the sole 30 of the latter comes into contact with the inner surface of the front stop 40. It can also be carried out the reverse assembly, in that the structure of figure 3E is that which is introduced into the structure of figure 3A, until the upper parts of the reinforcement elements 31-34 of the latter are substantially coincident with respective portions of the edges 430, 430 ' of the napas side fibroses 43a, 43'a.

The following describes the way in which a shoe can be made from the different elements that have already been described before.

To achieve this, a last, or preform, such as the solid form 50 shown, respectively, is used in view from the front and from a side, in Figures 4A and 4B. This last reproduces the contours of a foot.

On this form, the textile element of FIGS. 1A and 1B can be encased to obtain the intermediate element shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B: the front end part 12 of the sock comes into contact with the front part of the foot, part 10 it covers the foot itself, the part 14 comes into contact with the heel and the shaft 16 surrounds the ankle, the second heel 18 being in contact with the postero-superior part of the latter. The whole is prolonged in the second channel 20.

On this set, one of the reinforcement elements of FIGS. 3A-3E is positioned: the composite element of FIG. 3D has been chosen at this point. The front part of the foot of the last 50 (provided with the sock) is positioned against the inner surface of the front stop 40, and the buttress 48 is positioned against the back of the heel of the last 50. Given the flexibility of the material based in fibers constitutive of the elements of reinforcement as! positioned, the latter can be adapted to the shape defined by the solid element 50. Additionally, the structure of the reinforcement means of figure 3D presents an advantage, in the sense that the two parts, front and rear, can occasionally slide one with respect to the other, allowing ace! an adaptation of the reinforcing structure to the size defined by the last 50.

As seen in Figures 6A and 6B, the opening 21, made in the second channel 20 of the sock, allows introducing, to the interior thereof, the shoe or cords that will later allow closing the shoe.

These two elements, the textile material sock and the reinforcement element, can be assembled, for example by gluing, thus determining! the whole a non-reversible structure. As a variant, the assembly can be subjected to a heating step, in order to perform a fusion of the material of the reinforcing structure and the material of the sock 10.

As a variant, the textile material sock and the reinforcement element can be assembled in a reversible manner. For example, the surfaces that are to be joined to one another are joined by means of snap-hook type means, buttons, use of mechanical adhesion closure surfaces, of the "Velcro®" type, arranged in the areas intended to come into contact each.

In the course of a further step, and as illustrated in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the determinant part of the second channel 20 can then be brought over the foot, a step that requires no more than simple manipulation by a person. operator. This seizes the edges of the extreme opening 22 of the sock and pulls the determining part of the second channel 20, progressively, on the one hand on the upper part of the foot and, on the other, on the area in the sole configuration.

The operator progressively continues this operation until the opening 22 reaches the anterior end of the sock, to determine an assembly such as that shown in Figure 7C. The second heel 18 then covers the first heel 14, which is located in the first textile layer, in contact with the last 50. The cord 37 and its tightening means 39 remain accessible through the opening 21.

It is still possible to reinforce the assembly as! obtained, adding still a reinforcing layer, that is, introducing the structure of Figure 7C into a second reinforcing structure, of one of the types already described above in connection with Figures 3A-3E.

Thus, a footwear garment has been made that, occasionally, can be completed with a sole 52, for example by gluing, more robust than the part 30 of fiber-based material of the reinforcement element (see figure 8). The set obtained, with sole 52 or without it, is extremely light, since it does not include more than two layers of textile material and one or more reinforcing element (s) of fiber material, which is / are very thin (s) and very light (s). Therefore, this structure includes two "skins" between which one or more reinforcing elements are arranged. As it has been understood with the reading of the description of the operations, these do not put into practice any sewing stage, and no stage of delicate positioning of pieces with respect to each other. Thus, it is possible to make a footwear, or a shoe, very simply, very quickly and very economically.

Examples of embodiments given above implement a sock of the type described in connection with Figures 1A and 1B, that is, with two coats 16, 20.

In another embodiment, illustrated in Figures 9A and 9B, a simple caicetln with a single channel 16 is used. This sock is sheathed in the last 50 of Figures 4A and 4B. Next, as in the step of FIGS. 6A and 6B, a reinforcement structure is applied to the assembly, for example of the type of one of those previously described in connection with FIGS. 3A-3E. The textile element and the reinforcing element (s) are then assembled definitively (for example, by bonding and / or heating) or reversibly, for example by means of a snap-fit type means, buttons, by using surfaces of closure by mechanical adhesion, of type "Velcro®", arranged in the areas destined to come into contact with each other.

The structure of figure 9B is then obtained, which can be completed with a sole 52, such as that shown in figure 8.

For this example of embodiment, it is also possible to use, as textile material of the sock, a material having one or more physical and / or chemical properties, in order to confer one of the functions already mentioned above. Additionally, also, this or these properties can be (are) homogeneous in the whole of the textile material, or located only in a part of it.

It has been seen that the textile piece 2 is manufactured integrally, in the line that the first part and the second part are manufactured one in direct continuity of the other.
