Claims (1)
- REIVINDICACIONES1ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, caracterizado porque en el mismo participa una central (1) de control, dotada de medios de monitorización de una pluralidad de dispositivos físicos de control, asociados tanto a los contenedores (2) de residuos como a los vehículos 5 (9) encargados de la recogida de los mismos, habiéndose previsto que los contenedores (2) incluyan medios de bloqueo (3) de acceso a su interior, asistidos por un circuito de control (5) asociado a un lector o medio de identificador del usuario (18) a través de una tarjeta (19) de identificación, chip RFID o similar, con la particularidad de que en el seno de cada contenedor se incluye igualmente un dispositivo detector del nivel de llenado (6) en el que 10 participan al menos dos sensores volumétricos (7) asociado a un módulo de comunicaciones (8) a través del que enviar los datos obtenidos por dichos dispositivos , ya sea directamente a la central (1), o a dispositivos de control (10) asociados a cada vehículo de recogida (9) o al personal encargado de dicho vehículo, dispositivos de control (10) dotados de medios de geolocalización, así como de medios de comunicación con la central 15 (1), habiéndose previsto que dicha central incorpore un software de programación mediante el que optimizar la recogida de los residuos en función de los datos obtenidos de cada contenedor, así como de la posición instantánea de cada vehículo de recogida (9), así como de definir la trazabilidad de los residuos en su recogida, definiendo bases de datos de usuarios con bajas, altas e históricos. 202ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizado porque el sistema incluye una red de cámaras de vigilancia (17) de los contenedores.3ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizado porque el 25 sistema incluye terminales informáticos (15) para identificación de ciudadanos, dotados de una pantalla táctil (16) anti-vandálica, de manera que a través de su tarjeta o identificador (19) es posible controlar el volumen de residuos reciclado por cada usuario.4ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizado porque los 30 diferentes contenedores (2) que participan en el sistema, pueden ser soterrados o no, disponer de medios de compactación (11) o no, así como mecanismos de elevación (12), pudiendo incluir sensores adicionales de temperatura, de estado del compactador (11), del estado del elevador (12), y similares para gestionar remotamente su óptimo funcionamiento.355ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizado porque los medios de bloqueo de acceso a los contenedores pueden ser selectivos, de manera que se establezcan accesos libres de pequeño tamaño, y accesos controlados mediante identificación (4), en los que se defina un acceso de mayor tamaño para volúmenes grandes de residuos. 56ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, según reivindicación 1ª, caracterizado porque los contenedores se ubican en un recinto con zonas de clasificación, con control global de entrada y salida de residuos identificados por usuarios.107ª.- Sistema de gestión de residuos, según reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque los recintos de contenedores con zonas de clasificación están asistidos por personal especializado.
