Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y un método para el fichaje automático de tiempos. Más específicamente, para el control y optimización del flujo, reparación, mantenimiento y ubicación de vehículos dentro de un taller y/o concesionario. El método para fichaje automático de tiempos opera mediante el cálculo de la proximidad del operario con el vehículo y de esta manera optimizar el proceso afectado por cuellos de botella, cumplimiento de procesos de reparación, carga de taller, eficiencia, necesidad de repuestos y comunicación con el dueño del vehículo para su autorización.

b) Orden de trabajo: En la orden de trabajo se pueden verificar todos los datos del vehículo que son relevantes para la operación del taller. La placa, fotos, videos, aseguradora,
5 cliente, teléfonos, repuestos pendientes, trabajos autorizados, etc. Se insertan los datos de la Orden de Trabajo desde la Tablet en el ERP del taller mediante un servicio proporcionado por el ERP. Por lo tanto se elimina el uso de los formatos físicos de recepción de vehículos.
c) Fotos & videos: Actualmente los talleres al momento de realizar la recepción del vehículo
10 toman fotos y videos como evidencia del estado de la recepción. Esta operación se realiza con una cámara y luego descargan los datos manualmente a su computador de escritorio. Se toman fotos mediante la Tablet y son cargados automáticamente al servidor para evitar el proceso manual de descargado. d) RTLS: Permite la Localización en tiempo real de los vehículos y operarios.
15 e) Advertencias gráficas: Se dispone de un sistema de notificaciones para informar al usuario cuándo un vehículo se encuentra detenido o con temas por resolver como repuestos, autorizaciones, etc. f) Historial gráfico de los movimientos: Es una función que permite ver el movimiento del taller en un periodo determinado permitiendo acelerar o desacelerar el video.
20 g) Análisis de cuellos de botella: El análisis de cuellos de botella es muy representativo de la productividad del taller porque determina el punto del proceso donde se están demorando los vehículos. En los gráficos se puede observar el análisis de cuellos de botella que se realizan para los concesionarios. Cada concesionario tiene oportunidad de mejorar su productividad general enfocando el esfuerzo en los procesos de latonería

Frecuentemente los talleres enfocan su esfuerzo al final del proceso porque es el momento donde ya se acerca la entrega del vehículo al cliente final. Adicionalmente los cuellos de botella son dinámicos, por lo tanto pueden moverse en el
