DESCRIPTION

Electric hairdressing apparatus

The present invention relates to the technical field of electric hairdressing apparatus. It refers in a more particular way to the hair shaping apparatus, of the curling apparatus type.

5 Numerous curling devices are already known which are the majority of curling irons that are composed of a handle attached to a hot connector and a tile mounted on a hinge allowing to configure a clamp with the hot connector. When the clip is operated, the user can take a strand of hair and wrap it around the clip by turning the apparatus assembly. The hot connector allows the strand to be heated and thus form it. The use of these devices is unsatisfactory due to the fact that the winding of the 10-hair strand is done manually. In this way, the formation of the curls is not effective enough and the curls are hardly regular.

It is already known from document FR2373986 which describes an automatic curling apparatus that includes a housing in which a winding element arranged in rotation by a motor is arranged around a hot and cylindrical connector. Said winding element has a spiral shape such that, during the start-up of the apparatus, a strand of hair is wrapped around the hot connector.

Another document DE 2816289 is also known which describes an apparatus for automatic curling that includes a housing forming an opening in which a hot connector having a conical shape and a comb are arranged. A winding element is rotatably activated around the hot connector, said winding element having a first hook that extends outwardly designed to drag a tuft of 20 hairs along the winding and a second hook that allows the curly lock to be released. .

Another document JP S61 10102U is also known which describes an apparatus for curling a strand of hair.

The devices described above have a disadvantage of a complex and annoying structure. In addition, this type of apparatus does not allow easy and comfortable use and does not allow an effective curling of the hair due to the fact that the rolled hairs are not kept close to the hot connector for a good formation of the curl.

25 Later, this type of curling iron has been perfected as described, for example, in WO2009077747 which describes a curling apparatus that includes a lateral guide for receiving a tuft, a rotating element related to the static guide, which allows positioning a tuft on one side and wrap it around an elongated connector. The objective of the present invention is to at least partially remedy the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose an apparatus for curling that allows an effective treatment of the hair, while being comfortable and practical use.

Another objective of the invention is to avoid any hooking or entanglement of the tuft inside the winding chamber.

Another object of the invention is an apparatus for curling that allows regular curls without damaging the hair.

Another object of the invention seeks to combine in an optimized manner, in an apparatus for curling, the efficiency and safety of the operation in rotation.

Another objective of the present invention is to allow a curl to be created by an apparatus for curling, substantially, over the entire length of the hair lock without running the risk of burning the scalp.

Another objective of the present invention is to obviate the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose an apparatus for curling that allows a tuft of hair to be completely rolled up without reducing the effectiveness of the hairdressing apparatus.

Another object of the invention is that of a curling device called a "roller" prepared to ensure good ergonomics and comfortable use, while being reliable in operation.

Another object of the invention is that of an apparatus called "reel" of simplified structure, compact and that can be industrialized with a small cost.

Another object of the invention is also that of a curling apparatus that is prepared to provide heat in a safe and protective manner of the scalp, without running the risk of burning the hair and / or the scalp.

These objectives are achieved with a curling apparatus of a tuft of hair according to claim 1.

The fact of distributing the winding area in an outer chamber and in an inner chamber allows the tuft of hair to be wound at the same time around the connector and the reel. The aforementioned reel that surrounds the connector along its entire length has a more important winding diameter than that of the connector, which makes the hairs wrapped around the reel subject to a lower tension. Therefore, there is little risk of spoiling them. In addition, the longitudinal shape of the connector and the reel allows the tuft of hair to be rolled over relatively important surfaces, which avoids any possible pinching of the hair. The connector can take the form of a cylinder or a cone trunk.

According to the illustrated embodiment, said connector has a cylindrical shape that has a revolution axis (R) and said inner winding chamber and the outer winding chamber are substantially concentric with said revolution axis (R). The tuft of hair is then wound in the winding chambers to regular spaces around the axis of revolution (R).

According to a first category of embodiments, said hollow body has a cylindrical shape of revolution axis (R) and a constant diameter.

Having the reel a cylindrical shape allows a smaller size of the device thanks to its constant diameter.

Figure 1 illustrates a curling apparatus 1 according to the invention that includes a clamping means 2, a housing 10 at the end of the clamping means 2. An electric power cable 34 is provided for heating means 30 of the apparatus even also for a motor 31. As illustrated in Figure 2, the motor 31 allows a winding 17 to be driven through a transmission system 32. Said housing 10 has, in particular, an introduction opening 15 of the tuft to be curled, this opening here having the shape of a groove extending outwards of the apparatus to aid ergonomics of use in the introduction of the tuft. The tuft will wrap around a connector 12 and will be removed from the apparatus once the curl has been formed by an extraction opening 16 of the curly tuft. Said connector 12 is connected to the housing 10 by one of its ends. The extraction opening 16 is made at the level of the free end of the connector 12 and surrounds the perimeter of the connector to allow the curl to escape without deforming it. The clamping means 2 is in the form of a handle 2 and includes control elements, for example, a switch 33 'which can actuate the reel 17 in rotation, one or several adjustment buttons 33 especially for adjusting the direction of rotation of the winding 17, of the heating temperature of a winding zone 11, of regulation of a minute hand or timer that allows the user to be warned that the curl has formed. The timer is used to warn the user that the optimal heating duration of the curl is over and that I can extract the curl. The timer is activated during the reel rotation, at the beginning or at the end. The apprehension means is a single handle illustrated here, but could be a set of two pivoting handles towards each other.

Figure 2 illustrates in a more particular way a perspective view of the apparatus according to the invention with the internal elements of its housing that allow to understand the operation of the apparatus. As seen in Figure 2, the apparatus carries on the inner wall 13 a rotating element called "winder" 17 which allows the winding of a tuft of hair around the connector 12. The said winder 17 has a driven end joined in rotation to an actuator 18 and a free end 210 in the vicinity of the extraction opening 16. The said actuator 18 having a disk shape is driven in rotation by the motor 31 through the transmission system 32.

Figure 3 illustrates the inside of the housing 10 under another angle. Said inner wall 13 has a cylinder portion 13 'with a sufficiently large diameter in order to surround both the connector 12 and the reel 17 at the same time leaving a space with respect to the reel 17. Function Description

Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that it includes heating means (30) of winding chambers that are located in said connector (12). 13. Method of using an apparatus for curling a strand of hair according to claim 8 characterized in that it includes the following steps: - (i) longitudinally insert a strand of hair to curl through the opening of introduction of the apparatus, - (ii) turn the reel, catching a hook on one edge of the reel, the hair strand and then allowing the strand to wind at the same time in the inner and outer winding chambers. - (iii) continue the rotation of the reel so that all the part of the tuft that is wound in the outer winding chamber is displaced and rolled in the inner winding chamber. 10
