Abstract

Dispositivo de moldeo y acoplamiento de piezas de material plástico, provisto de una cavidad de moldeo enlazada a un canal de inyección de material plástico, caracterizado porque comprende : (1) un núcleo móvil, entre una primera posición en la que ocupa el lugar de un paso a disponer en una pieza moldeada en la cavidad de moldeo, y una segunda posición en la que despeja este paso, después alimentada por un segundo canal de inyección de material plástico siendo esta segunda cavidad móvil, entre la primera posición en la que no comunica con su canal de inyección y una segunda posición en la que comunica simultaneamente con este canal y con el paso formado en una pieza moldeada en la primera cavidad de moldeo y (3) medios para accionar secuencialmente la colocación del núcleo en su primera posición, la llegada de la segunda cavidad a su segunda posición, y la inyección de material en la segunda cavidad, y el paso formado en la pieza moldeada en la primera cavidad.
