Abstract

Aparato divisor de flujo para la separación de la corriente de un material pulverulento en unas corrientes múltiples; que son esencialmente iguales, estando el divisor de flujo compuesto por: a) Una tobera de entrada que define una cámara de mezcla de extremo abierto para recibir la corriente de un material pulverulento y una corriente de aire para realizar, dentro de la misma, le mezcla entre las dos corrientes; b) Una carcasa distribuidora que define una cámara de distribución que es principalmente cilíndrica y que posee una entrada para recibir la mezcla del material pulverulento y del aire procedente de la tobera de entrada, pulverulento y del aire poseyendo la misma un determinado número de aberturas de salida que están dispuestas con igual espaciamiento por la periferia del extremo opuesto de misma y las que se abren desde este extremo; c) Una determinada cantidad de conjuntos de válvulas de cuyo número válvulas igual al número de las aberturas de salida dispuestas dentro de la cámarade distribución; cada conjunto de válvula de salida constituye un paso de flujo que tiene una entrada, unida con una abertura de salida en la cámara de distribución, así como una abertura de salida; así como compuesto por d) Un determinado número de elementos de válvula, uno por cada conjunto de válvula, cada elemento de válvula esta dispuesto de forma desplazable, por resbalamiento, dentro del paso de flujo de un conjunto de válvula y puede ser movido, de forma retráctil, en el paso desde la entrada del mismo al ser extendido hasta un punto corriente abajo de la salida del mismo al encontrarse este retraído; la cara extrema de cada elemento de válvula es de unos contornos tales para adaptarse a la superficie interior de la cámara cilíndrica de distribución con la cual se une el conjunto de válvula al estar el elemento de válvula en su posición extendida.
