Un tubo-soporte para bobinas cruzadas y ovillos cruzados, destinado al blanqueo y teñido de hilos encogibles y consistente en una tira cerrada en sí de un material no tejido, poroso y elástico, a base de fibras sintéticas y/o fibras sinfín, unidas entre si, caracterizado por el material no tejido consiste en fibras pegadas o soldadas entre sí; porque el material no tejido consiste en una capa superior y una inferior; porque la capa inferior presenta un plisado orientado en sentido paralelo con respecto a la dirección longitudinal, y porque la capa superior recubre por la cara exterior los pliegues formados por el plisado y, en la zona del diámetro máximo de los pliegues, está unida fijamente con la capa interior.
