Abstract

Un método para detectar una mutación en un gen de filagrina, que comprende las etapas de: detectar la presencia o ausencia de un dominio C-terminal de una proteína profilagrina humana en una muestra de piel de un sujeto con un anticuerpo específico para dicho dominio C-terminal, donde el dominio C-terminal es un pép- tido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta en SEQ ID NO:1, y decidir que las mutaciones en un gen de filagrina están presentes en el sujeto, en caso en el que no sea detectado dicho dominio C-terminal, en donde dicha muestra de piel es una muestra de capa córnea obtenida por extracción con cinta adhesiva.
