Abstract
Un método de codificación de parámetro de cuantización de imagen para codificar un parámetro de cuantización para un proceso de codificación de vídeo que se basa en codificación con aritmética binaria adaptativa basada en contexto, el método de codificación de parámetro de cuantización de imagen comprende: generar un parámetro de cuantización previsto a partir de parámetro de cuantización reconstruido en el pasado; generar un delta de parámetro de cuantización a partir de un parámetro de cuantización y el parámetro de cuantización previsto; y codificar con aritmética binaria un primer bin que indica si el delta de parámetro de cuantización es significativo, otros bins, que son posteriores al primer bin, indican un valor absoluto del delta de parámetro de cuantización, y un bin de signo, que es posterior a los otros bins, indica si el delta de parámetro de cuantización es positivo o negativo, en el caso en el que el delta de parámetro de cuantización sea significativo, en donde la codificación con aritmética binaria se realiza usando contexto (s) para el primer bin y los otros bins, y no usando contexto para el bin de signo.
