Abstract

Dispositivo para preparar alimentos que comprende una tapa de recipiente (4) para tapar un recipiente de alimentos (3) y una unidad de agitación/calentamiento (6) para agitar y calentar los alimentos en el recipiente de alimentos (3), comprendiendo la unidad de agitación/calentamiento (6): i. un tubo de sonda (7) que se puede disponer con al menos un orificio de tubo de sonda (9) dentro del recipiente de alimentos (3), ii. un mecanismo de agitación (30) para un movimiento de agitación del tubo de sonda (7), estando configurado el tubo de sonda (7) de modo que se puede unir a un generador de vapor para suministrar vapor calentado a los alimentos en el recipiente de alimentos (3) a través de al menos un orificio de tubo de sonda (9) con el fin de agitarlos y calentarlos, caraterizado por un soporte de recipiente (2) para sujetar el recipiente de alimentos (3), en el que se preparan los alimentos, y por un accionamiento lineal de tubo de sonda (21) para un desplazamiento lineal del tubo de sonda (7) a lo largo del eje longitudinal de tubo de sonda (10) respecto al recipiente de alimentos (3).
